Your mobile device has encountered an unexpected error (0xE800003A) during the install

So you are deploying your application onto an iPhone device but you encounter the error
" error (0xE800003A) - Application Verification Failed "

Workaround solutions

Solution 1#
1. In the Xcode Menu, Go to Build > Clean All targets . Accept all connfirmations that follow.
Rebuild and install you should be in business

Figures...This did NOT work for me. I have valid certificates for Dev and AdHoc distribution, valid apple ID and two seperate provisioning profiles.

iPhone 2.2 software (no hacks or jailbreak)
Latest SDK
